This shorter 7 mile loop is an easy 1/2 dirt  and 1/2 paved loop that goes from Pinecrest to Strawberry back to Pinecrest.  What unique about this route is that you only have very short sections of Hwy 108 to traverse.  Hwy 108 can have a lot of fairly fast and busy traffic and this allows you to a nice loop while avoiding busy traffic on 108.

Typically I would do this loop in the clock direction with 2 longer down hill sections and 2 shorter uphill sections.
